Burger, fries and a soda


Researcher Lyn Steffen of the University of Minnesota says meat eating and soda drinking raised the risks of metabolic syndrome.

"Eating meat two or more times per day was associated with a 26 percent increased risk of metabolic syndrome. Also drinking one can of diet soda everyday increased risk by about 34 percent." (12 seconds)
