The Competitive Service Centers Program is a vehicle for the Institutes, Centers, and Divisions (ICDs) of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) to obtain services from other ICDs in a variety of administrative areas. The program is managed out of the Office of the Deputy Director for Management, NIH.
