END OF LIFE POLICY
We are committed to providing high quality, supportable solutions for our customers.
The development of new and exciting product features influence the level, timing and character of demand for particular products. These factors and other ongoing core technical requirements drive the need to introduce new products and integrations on a regular basis and to end-of-life older software versions as well as other products in a methodical manner. This notice specifically lists the Real software versions that will be supported after the Version 11 release.
In general, support for Real products is provided for the current shipping major version. Support for the previous major version will be available for 1 year beyond the ship date of the latest release.
If you are using an unsupported software version, we recommend that you download the latest version from your PAM site. If your U&S has expired, please contact your sales representative to activate your U&S contract, thereby allowing you upgrades to the latest version of our software.
Phone support is only available to customers with active support contracts. Please check your PAM site for the number. Hours for standard (Silver) support are 7am 5pm, Monday through Friday.
