MILITARY MEALS
Researchers with the UF Center for Food Distribution and Retailing have obtained a one-year $4 million grant to develop technology which ensures that military rations for overseas troops arrive intact, fresh and nutritious. The contract is the largest obtained by IFAS researchers in the past 10 years.
