Allowability of Costs Claimed for Reimbursement Under Alabama's Bioterrorism and Emergency Preparedness Programs for the Period August 31, 2004, Through August 30, 2006

Executive Summary

Of the $31.5 million that the State claimed for reimbursement for the period August 31, 2004, through August 30, 2006, $31 million was allowable, allocable, and reasonable. However, the State claimed $530,000 in expenses that were not allowable.
