October 1999 to April 2000: Draft Content for Work Group "TalkingQuality" Web Site and Research and Action Agenda.

April 2000: 3rd Work Group Meeting.

May to November 2000:

• Plan 2nd National Conference.
• Refine and Package Research and Action Agenda.

December 2000: "Informing Consumers about Health Care Quality: New Directions for Research and Action" Conference in Bethesda, Maryland.

Fall 2001: Launch Web Site.
