Victim Assistance
This section provides training and technical assistance to victim-witness coordinators, victim
advocates, mental health organizations, religious leaders, and others who directly assist victims
of terrorism. Topics include the mental health response to victims of terrorism, children exposed
to trauma, the grieving process, and death notification.
