Functional Description |
The Child Welfare program emphasizes basic measures to ensure life/safety of children, payments to foster parents, adoptive parents, day care providers, and other service providers. Intake and eligibility determinations are performed manually. There are applications and licensing functions for group and family homes, day care facilities, and for foster and adoptive families. |
