Understanding the QT Interval: A Duke CERTs Educational Program
The Duke Center for Education and Research on Therapeutics (CERTs) recently developed an Internet–based educational program for health care practitioners to increase their knowledge of the QT interval and medications that may prolong the QT interval. The program consists of a didactic section and two case studies designed to enhance one';s understanding of the clinical importance of the QT interval and practical considerations for monitoring the QT interval. This educational program was funded through grant number U18 HS10548 from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
