S. 2892—The Children and Family HIV/AIDS Research and Care Act of 2004.

On October 5, 2004, Senator Christopher Dodd (D-CT) introduced S. 2892, the Children and Family HIV/AIDS Research and Care Act of 2004. The bill would amend the Public Health Service Act to reauthorize and extend Title IV of the Ryan White CARE Act to provide coordinated services and research with respect to children and families with HIV/AIDS. S. 2892, which has one cosponsor, was referred to the Senate Committee Health, Education, Labor and Pensions.
