54.4 CATASTROPHIC FLOODING IS OCCURRING WITH WATER OVERTOPPING NUMEROUS LEVEES IN THE MONROE AREA. HIGH WATER IS LAPPING AT THE BOTTOM OF THE US HIGHWAY 80 BRIDGE.
49.0 MAJOR FLOODING BETWEEN THE LEVEES IS TAKING PLACE AND THE FLOODWALL GAP MUST BE CLOSED ON THE EAST MONROE SIDE OF THE RIVER.
47.5 WATER IS FLOODING THE UNDERCLEARANCE OF THE DESIARD STREET BRIDGE. MAJOR LOWLAND FLOODING IS TAKING PLACE BETWEEN THE LEVEE SYSTEMS.
45.0 THE PRAIRON BAYOU RECREATIONAL AREA IS FLOODED AND CLOSED. LOWLAND FLOODING WILL BECOME EXTENSIVE AT THIS STAGE.
43.0 BAYOU D'ARBONNE (ROCKY BRANCH)...BAWCONVILLE AND MOON LAKE RECREATIONAL AREAS ARE FLOODED AND CLOSED.
40.0 MINOR BACKWATER FLOODING WILL AFFECT SMALL BAYOUS THAT DRAIN INTO THE OUACHITA RIVER ALONG WITH MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING IMMEDIATELY ADJACENT TO THE RIVER.
36.0 BOTH THE FORSYTHE AND LAZARRE RECREATIONAL AREAS ARE FLOODED AND CLOSED WITH VERY MINOR LOWLAND FLOODING IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO THE RIVER.
34.0 THE FORSYTHE RECREATIONAL AREA IS CLOSED...OTHERWISE NO OTHER FLOODING IS OCCURRING IN THE MONROE AREA UNTIL A STAGE OF 36 FEET IS REACHED.
