Options for the type of output
You can view the pathway as either a GIF or SVG image. All biomolecules and interactions in the SVG and GIF formats are interactive; clicking on them will open information windows.
GIF: All common web browsers are able to display GIF images. However, please note that some browsers may not support very large GIF files.
SVG: The advantage of SVG images is that they can be more easily zoomed and panned on-screen. If your browser is not completely SVG enabled, please visit the User guide and follow the instructions for installing the SVG plug-in specific to your browser
SVG image navigation: Use the left mouse button to activate the image. To zoom in or out, use the right mouse button and select from the options on the pop-up menu. To pan the image, hold down the alt key and click-and-drag the image with the mouse.
