USDA NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT: The USDA Office of Civil Rights has updated the USDA
non-discrimination policy statement. This revision reflects additional
bases, corrected mailing address, and voice and telecommunications device
for the deaf (TDD) telephone numbers, for the filing of a complaint alleging
discrimination. Effective immediately, please use the revised statement.
THE NO FEAR ACT, P.L. 107-174: The Notification and Federal Employee Anti-discrimination and Retailiation Act of 2002 (The No Fear Act). Requires Federal Agencies to be accountable for violations of anti-discrimination and whistleblower protection laws effective October 1, 2003. The No Fear Act also requies each Federal Agency to post quarterly, on its public website, certain statistical data relating to EEO complaints filed.
