For Oral Presentations:

1. Time Allowance for presentation

Plenary Presentation : 30 Mins
Invited Presentation : 20 Mins
Oral Presenatation : 15 Mins

(Note: Q & A are included in the above time)

2. Equipment for presentation:

Each meeting room is equipped with a computer(PC),microphone and LCD projector. All speakers are requested to prepare a CD-ROM or an USB memory stick with Microsoft Power Point Presentation.Speakers may as well use their own PC/Laptop.PC/Laptop should have electrical supply of 250 Volt AC

The papers have to be prepared and presented in English,the official language of the conference.

For Poster Presentation:

Each poster presentation is allotted one poster board

1. The size of the poster panel is 150 cm(Height) X 90 cm (Width)

2. The title should be composed of Capital letters of at least one inch high.All letters, graphs and charts should be prepared in a size that is easy to see.Use mimimum of text.The poster may include Introduction,Methods,Results and Conclusions.
