NASA has announced the restart of supplemental E/PO proposal opportunities for investigators. See ROSES-08 Amendment 29 (PDF).
The program now has separate pathways for Outreach and Education proposals. These are discussed in the ROSES element E.8 for Outreach supplements and E.9 for Education supplements.
