Statement by U.S. Transportation Secretary Rodney E. Slater on House of Representatives’ Action on FAA Reauthorization Bill
I am very pleased that Chairman Shuster today introduced legislation to reauthorize the programs of the Federal Aviation Administration. Movement is clearly gathering on this effort. I am firmly committed to working with members of Congress and all interests to ensure that together we quickly produce a bill that provides a strong foundation for aviation’s future.
