Early Warning Reporting - US State Codes and Foreign Country Names

The US State Codes and Foreign Country Names (not codes) are used in all of the Early Warning Reporting (EWR) Death and Injury (D&I) templates and instances.

US State Codes

Click on the following link to view the list of US state codes used by the United States Post Office. These codes can be used as part of your EWR data.

Foreign Country Names

Click on the following link to view a list of the foreign country names (not codes) that are appropriate to use as part of your Early Warning Reporting data. These names have been developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 3166.
