JUSTIFICATION NARRATIVE
This document provides justification for the Fiscal Year (FY) 2009 activities of the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), including NIH/AIDS activities. Details of the FY 2009 HIV/AIDS activities are in the "Office of AIDS Research (OAR)" Section of the Overview. Details on the Common Fund are located in the Overview, Volume One.
