It is our hope that you are fully satisfied with the seeds and products purchased from us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will either replace the item or refund you the cost of the item (excluding postage) within 30 days of receipt. Please return the item(s) to us in unused/unopened condition with the receipt and a short description of the reason for return. Native Seeds/SEARCH is not responsible for return postage.

A note on seeds: Because the performance of seed growth is based on many factors (temperature, sunlight, moisture, health of soil, etc.) which are not within our control, we cannot ensure full satisfaction for gardening outcomes. However, we are always happy to answer questions about what may have gone wrong and what techniques might work better in the future. Please email or phone us to discuss the return of seeds.

International Shipping of Seeds

Cotton and Okra seeds can only be shipped to AZ, NM, TX and OK addresses and may not be shipped internationally.

Tax

Native Seeds/SEARCH does not charge tax because it is Tax Exempt 501(c)(3)

No other express guarantee or warranty is made in respect thereof.

EXCLUSIVE LIMITATION OF REMEDY FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

The liability of Native Seeds/SEARCH for breach of guarantee (warranty), or for any loss or damage arising out of the purchase or use of its seeds or other products, including loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort, shall be limited to replacement of the unsatisfactory item or refund of the purchase price. Nor shall Native Seeds/SEARCH be liable for any incidental or consequential loss or damage, including any loss or damage resulting from negligence or strict liability in tort. Claims for defects in Native Seeds/SEARCH products must be presented to Native Seeds/SEARCH as soon as practicable, and in any event, within 30 days of discovery.
