New England Communities Continue Efforts to Limit Boat Discharges

News Story GraphicEPA is considering proposals from Maine and Massachusetts to designate the coastal waters of Boothbay Harbor, Kennebunkport, Kennebunk, Wells, Revere, Saugus, Lynn, Nahant and Swampscott as "No Discharge Areas."
