International Program Evaluation

Program evaluation allows the lessons learned from one innovative program to be assessed then applied broadly to other initiatives. There are a growing number of regional and national organizations that are devoted to international evaluation. This discipline is evolving in the United States at federal, state, tribal, and local levels of government, as well as in non-governmental organizations and academia. As the practices of environmental evaluation are drawn from the principles and approaches of traditional program evaluation, and are largely similar no matter the country of practice, this page provides evaluation resources based both in the U.S. and abroad.
