About the National Action Plan

The National Action Plan was developed to inform the general public, policy makers, survivors, providers, and others about cancer survivorship and public health. The National Action Plan was written for audiences with varying levels of knowledge and awareness of cancer and survivorship issues. Each section has been written as a stand-alone component allowing readers to focus on content specific to their interest. Therefore, some text is repeated to accommodate those who read selected sections at a time.
