SUBJECT: Request for Comments -Attestations by Employers Using Alien Crewmembers for Longshore Activities in the State of Alaska, OMB No. 1205-0352
PROGRAMS: Foreign Labor Certification
1. Purpose. To transmit requests for public comment on the following Information Collection Requests (ICR), which will be submitted to the Office of Management and Budget for review and approval, concerning proposed extension of the currently approved collection, with non-substantive changes, of Form ETA 9033A, Attestations by Employers Using Alien Crewmembers for Longshore Activities in the State of Alaska.
