4.  Action:  Program administrators are requested to share this Information Alert with appropriate staff and other agencies. Eligible applicants, as defined in Part III of the Solicitation, are invited to submit an application on or before October 10, 2007 to the individual named in Part IV (C) of the Solicitation.

Virtual Prospective Applicant Conferences will be held for this grant competition on August 14 and 15, 2007 at 1 p.m. Eastern Time. Additional information and links to registration for these Virtual Prospective Applicant Conferences will be posted online.
