In the mid 1960's the office was named the Business Office for Student Finance (BOSF). During the 1980's, the Accounts Receivable Office was transferred from the University's general accounting area to BOSF. At that time, the Scholarships and Work-Study Office was transferred to the Bursar's area. In 1992, the office was re-organized and re-named the University Collections Office.
