[TITLE VI—TEMPORARY STATE FISCAL RELIEF[1]]

[1]  P.L. 108-27, §401(b), added this title to the Social Security Act, effective May 28, 2003.

Title VI, §601(g), as enacted by P.L. 108-27, provided that

“(g) REPEAL.—Effective as of October 1, 2004, this title is repealed.”.
