Rural Housing Programs provide a number of homeownership opportunities to rural
Americans, as well as programs for home renovation and repair. Rural
Housing also makes financing available to elderly, disabled, or low-income rural residents of multi-unit housing buildings to ensure they are able to make rent payments.
Single Family Housing Program - provides funding to low and moderate-income rural Americans to purchase,
repair or rehabilitate homes for their permanent residence.
Community Facilities - Provides
funding to construct, enlarge, or improve community facilities for
health care, public safety, and public services in rural areas and towns of
up to 20,000 in population.
Multi-Family Housing Program -
provides a number of finance options to developers of low-income community
housing.
