The Board of Directors meet four times each
year, usually in February, May, August,
and November; Article V, of the Bylaws (.doc)

The Board conducts its meetings in compliance
with the Government in the Sunshine Act.
The procedures the Board follows for open

The public is welcome to attend all meetings
except those that the Board determines should
be closed under legal exemptions defined
in the Sunshine Act.
Agendas of open Board
meetings are published in the Federal
Register seven days in advance of the
meeting. The notice is also posted on
the Board Meetings Web site.
Open meetings generally
begin at 9:00 a.m. in the Jamie L. Whitten
Building, U.S. Department of Agriculture,
Washington, DC. Visitors should use the
main entrance (Jefferson Drive, SW) to
the building, which is between 12th and
14th Streets, SW. Attendees receive an
agenda and staff resolutions considered
at open meetings.
*The minutes of each
meeting of the Telephone Bank Board are
made available a few days after the next
regularly scheduled meeting.
