Primary Topic: Pavement Testing Description: This report describes the findings of a study to investigate the existence of an endurance limit for hot-mix asphalt concrete using a uniaxial fatigue testing protocol. The test results indicated that three of the four mixtures tested exhibit an endurance limit below which no fatigue damage is expected regardless of the number of cycles applied. The report describes other observations and research problems encountered along with recommendations for further studies.
