There has apparently been some confusion regarding the document repository section of the announcement for this solicitation. The list refers to an Amendment 02, but no Amendment 02 document (SF30) was posted. Offerors are advised that the term "Amendment 02" simply refers to a second amendment (i.e. update) to the document listing on Aug 14th, not to an actual amendment. Only one amendment to the solicitation has been issued. The document listed under the "Amendment 02" heading was part of solicitation Amendment 000001, but was uploaded to the system at a different time of day.
The RFP and any related documents [with the exception of the specifications and drawings] will only be issued electronically and will be available via the internet. These documents may be accessed and downloaded at the NASA Acquisition Internet Service (NAIS) Business Opportunities website @ http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/nais/link_syp.cgi or at the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website @ http://www.fbo.gov . Offerors unable to access the RFP at this address may contact the points of contact listed herein for assistance.
Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation and any associated documentation or amendments.
