Please note that from now on, we are going to give you a list Friday of any opinions that might be coming out the following Monday. Generally opinions are published about twice a month. To g et the list, click on Opinions & Summaries at the top of the screen and scroll down to Forthcoming Opinions. A hard copy of the opinions will be mailed to lawyers first thing Monday morning rather than Friday. The procedure for all other types of cases has not changed.
