Beginning today, Procurement (SUP-1), the Supply Chain Management (SUP) Division Office and the Small Business Program Team (SUP-4) will move to offices in the Central Park Square building downtown. SUP personnel expect to complete the move by Monday.
Although some personnel may be inaccessible for periods of time during the move, the organizations plan to continue to maintain core business hours between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. The Procurement Assistance Center will remain accessible by telephone at 6-0722. Lab employees can obtain emergency assistance from the SUP Division Office by calling 7-9182.
In addition, SUP staff won’t be able to route purchase requests between 4 and 5 p.m., on Friday while SUP personnel make necessary computer system transitions. Normal routing of purchase requests will resume on Monday.
