Should you receive a call from someone claiming to be from the State of Indiana or HIP, hang up and do NOT release this information. If you have questions about eligibility or your HIP application, please call 1-877-GET-HIP9 (1-877-438-4479).

To report a potential scam, please contact the Attorney General's Office at http://www.indianaconsumer.com/ or call 1-800-382-5516. Any information you may obtain from the caller including a phone number, without releasing any information of your own, will assist with potential investigations.
