In response to legislation passed by the U.S. Congress that requires educational institutions receiving federal funding to present a program
pertaining to the U.S. Constitution, the Center for Civic Education has provided seven lessons on its website www.civiced.org 

     Order Newspapers for your classroom from Charleston Newspapers and use these lesson plans to teach valuable real world lessons about the Constitution.   
These age-appropriate lessons are suggested for use at each of the following grade levels:
