The purpose of this modification is to:



(1) Concentrate on the following two focus areas for FY08 due to unexpected funding reductions: Target, Tracking, and Locating (TTL) Devices and Unattended Ground Sensors (UGS);



(2) Extend the FY08 recommended date for white papers to 19 June 2008. All white papers submitted to date, will be evaluated;



(3) Change the Contracting Point of Contact. Paragraph VII. is changed as follows.
