Seeding of Winter Grasses Not Permited on New Conservation Ordinance
The City of Allen has passed a new water conservation ordinance on August 12. Residents are encouraged to review the summary of the new landscape water management measures that are now in affect. Under the new measures, seeding of winter grasses is no longer permitted.
