Downloading OMSSA

OMSSA can be installed on you computer or computer cluster as a command line executable. To install OMSSA on your Linux, Mac OS X or Windows machine, follow the steps below:

1. Download OMSSA for Windows, Mac OS X or Linux.
2. Install BLAST Sequence Libraries for searching.
3. Run OMSSA using command line parameters.
