Method for Preparation of Semiconductive Films
Abstract
This innovation provides a simple and cost-effective technique for the preparation of semiconductive films. Specifically, the invention provides a process for the preparation of films from Group II-VI and I-III-VI semiconductive materials on conductive electrode material (such as metal oxide indium-tin-oxide coated on metal or glass substrates).
Application(s)
This technology can be applied for the fabrication of photovoltaic solar cells and other electro-optical devices.
Advantages
This innovation provides lower-cost and simple alternative to compound semiconductor thin film fabrication techniques such as reactive sputtering, co-evaporation, and chemical vapor deposition.
