The Registrars Office provides a wide variety of services to students (prospective, current, former and alumni), as well as College staff and the general public. The Registrar provides information on academic policies, procedures and calendars and posts the semester class schedules on the web for undergraduate and graduate programs. The staff works with students and faculty to facilitate Web registration and to maintain the security of Personal ID Numbers (PINs). All transcript and grade collection and distribution records are maintained in accordance with the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 as amended. Grade adjustments, program changes, course withdrawals, enrollment verifications and transcript processing are among the many services provided. |

Students are provided opportunities to register on the Web in a service-oriented environment according to their matriculated status and class standing, which is based on credit earned (Freshman 0-31, Sophomore 32-63, Junior 64-95, and Senior 96+). New students are invited to an Advisement/Registration program in the spring called Orientation which provides personalized advisement, registration, and information about related College processes.
