Campus Visits

Image: Student CenterOne of the most important decisions a high school student will make is selecting a College. While the schools reputation, printed materials and Website may be interesting, there is nothing like a personal tour of the campus.

Ramapo College invites high school students and their parents to tour our beautiful 300 acre campus weekdays, except for certain holidays. Your tour guide might be a student or even the director of admissions who believes that everyone in the office should interact with our future students.

Here are some things to remember before you take your tour:

  • Plan ahead – Ramapo College requests that students and their families planning on a visit register in advance for the tour.
  • Visit a class – Campus visits during the spring, summer and fall semester provide an opportunity to observe a class in session.
  • Take notes – Carry a notepad with you  to write down comments, observations and important deadlines.
  • Visit a residence – Ramapo College provides students with a variety of housing opportunities. Make sure you ask about the type of residences available while visiting one of our new buildings.
  • Take a Virtual Tour – Our virtual tour includes panoramic images, photo and video galleries.
