Note:
To actually submit STI via Form 241.1, connect to
E-Link
Another option for electronically uploading data
to E-Link is via the Site-to-OSTI Tagged Acquisition
Protocol (TAP) interface. The XML DTD supporting
this process specifies the same metadata that is used by
the DOE F 241.1 web input form. The main
difference between web form input and Site-to-OSTI TAP
upload is that the latter allows uploading of multiple
records as a batch file. The web form is for
single-record input only.
Note: To actually submit project
information via Form 241.2, connect to the
DOE R&D
Tracking System.
