Developing Use of Altimetry for Climate Studies (DUACS), France

Overview: DUACS aims to develop new applications of altimetry in the field of climate monitoring and forecasting. Near Real Time products (~ 2 day delay) include: along-track Sea Level Anomaly (SLA), Maps of Sea Level Anomalies (MSLA). Homogeneous historical altimeter products will consist of a 7-year time series of multi-satellite altimetric data using the most accurate data sets available.
