The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) Office of Global Programs and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) announce the joint solicitation of proposals for scientific investigations to be carried out in support of GCIP and for interdisciplinary studies focusing on continental-scale land-atmosphere interaction in the GEWEX context.
This solicitation will be available electronically on the release date via the Internet at the Mission to Planet Earth Home Page at http://www.hq.nasa.gov/office/mtpe/ under "MTPE Research Announcements" or via anonymous ftp at ftp.hq.nasa.gov/pub/mtpe. It is also being released by NOAA from the Office of Global Programs.
