Academics
DROPPING / ADDING COURSES Students will be able to make changes by adding or dropping courses on-line through Monday, January 19.

Reminder about the PASS / FAIL policy (see page 78 in the current catalog). Students will be allowed to put elective graded courses on pass/fail only during the first two weeks of classes. You will need to come to the Registrar's office to put the course on PASS/FAIL by January 26. Monday, January 26 is the FINAL day to place a graded course on PASS/FAIL basis.

Activities
Attention all females!!! If you have a desire to sing, even if you have no experience, consider joining Women's Chorus this semester. We meet at 3:00 on Mondays and Thursdays. Contact Pam De Haan in the music department if interested!

SWITCHED HOUSING AND OWN A CAR? Were you housed on campus and now you commute? Were a commuter and are now housed on campus? Do you own a vehicle? If yes, please bring your old parking sticker to Student Services to receive a new parking sticker.

ALL STUDENTS Did you make a housing change? If yes, you are responsible to fill out the Room Condition Report with your RA. Any damages that are NOT listed in the beginning of the semester and ARE noted at the end of the semester WILL be billed to you.

DID YOU TAKE A NEW VEHICLE TO CAMPUS? This is a reminder to register your vehicle if you haven't already. You may receive parking fines if you do not have your vehicle registered. If you do need to register your vehicle you may do this in Student Services by Abbie Van Essen (Campus Center, Level 1). If you need to register your bicycle this can be done in the Maintenance Building.

TAKE NOTE NOW while there is little snow on the ground make sure to look at your parking surroundings. Be aware of colored curbs and spots where you are and are not allowed to park. Once it starts snowing the Campus Parking Patrol and Security will continue to ticket those in undesignated spots. You will be responsible for these tickets. There is a parking map posted in Student Services showing what areas you may park in and what the colored curbs are designated for. You may also refer to the Student Handbook. Dickson Valley Camp & Retreat Center is a non-denominational Christian camp located 60 miles SW of Chicago. They are looking to hire summer staff for two types of positions: Host for the guest groups & Counselors to lead their High School mentoring program. If you have a love for the Lord, enjoy being outside, and yearn to work with high school aged kids all summer, this is a great opportunity for you. A representative for the camp will be on campus on Monday, January 19 from 9 AM - 3 PM in the Campus Center.

Don't miss your LAST CHANCE to sign up for PLIA 2009! The very last deadline is Wednesday, Feb. 4 with $85!!! If you haven't done so, make sure your church letters are submitted as well. Teams will be announced in mid-February! :)
