The Office of Workforce Investment (OWI) is responsible for providing national leadership, oversight, policy guidance, and technical assistance to the One-Stop system and the youth and adult employment and training programs funded under the Workforce Investment Act. It oversees the development and implementation of the nation's workforce and economic information system.
