Graduate Programs

The College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources offers students both a Master's and Doctorate Program as a means of furthering their education.

Under the Masters Program a student has two ways to earn a degree, either the Master of Science (M.S.) or the Master of Agriculture (M.Ag.). The M.S. option allows students to obtain their Master's via the traditional route. The M.Ag. program on the other hand offers students flexibility in curricula that permits specialty in some areas and broader overall knowledge in others (learn about this program here). It is important to note that the M.Ag. is considered a terminal degree, and is not suggested for those students wanting to continue their education upon completion.
