Mt. SAC offers a full array of financial aid programs, grants, workstudy, loans and scholarships to full-time and part-time students. Most financial aid resources are intended to supplement, not replace, the financial resources of the family. We have financial aid available to help you with the cost of education, which includes fees, books, supplies, food, housing, transportation and childcare.
The Financial Aid Office is committed to helping students who might not otherwise be able to attend college. Although the primary responsibility for meeting college costs rests with the student and his/her family, we recognize that many families have limited resources and are unable to meet the cost of a college education. Our programs are designed to meet these needs. We evaluate the family's financial ability to pay for educational costs in order to distribute limited resources in a fair and equitable manner.
Let us help you!
