It’s not difficult to patent an idea. Many less-than-spectacular ideas are patented – ideas that don’t actually improve upon prior art or whose method of manufacturing is actually more expensive than existing technology. If an invention possesses either of these two qualities, the idea will never win a licensing agreement nor make it to the marketplace. And so at some ...
I noticed this very plan-as-you-go post by Guy Kawasaki on the American Express Open Forum. What I like about it, particularly, is where Guy says "set goals" and then lists these four desirable qualities of goals.
My suggestion several days ago that small businesses are faring better than larger ones in this recession continues to be reinforced. Yesterday, Small Business Trends wrote, "...the nation’s microbusinesses are better structured to endure these difficult times, thanks to a lean operating style and creative business models...." ...
“My goal is to put myself out of business,” Richard states seriously. “When that day happens, we’ll know we’ve solved one of the most serious problems facing the planet.” ...
This is a great post, this also gets the employee to see the customer as themselves. Stand in their shoes for a minute. As a customer abiding by those rules is very reasonable. The smoother the transaction, equals less stress for me. So as long as the person behind the counter is giving me great service, then I will be the 'good customer.' A customer can only have so much respect for a company, respect that company needs to earn. After all the customer has options as to who to do business with.
Bottom line, businesses get your company up to date and raise the bar of your customer relations. Your customers will thank you with their patronage.

I have not read the Celebrity Experience, I will gladly add it to my 'things to read' list. I can get the gist of it from this blog. Every interaction with a customer/client is so vital to a business. There is a balance, and once one finds that balance then they are truly giving a great customer experience. We all know saying 'yes' to the unrealistic demands of our clients is not the way to do smart business. Balancing the needs of the business with those of the client, is key to success. Businesses will do themselves a great service the sooner they begin to practice these methods.

great post - I also use ezinearticles, as well as Articles Directory M.
Both of these sites have a person actually read your article to ensure that the content is decent. I feel another point to add is length. Some articles become chapters in books once they become too long. and when they are to short they have no content to use. Length I feel is between 400 - 900 words ...
