Arcata Associates, Inc. (Arcata/UNITeS), performing under Prime Contract NNM04AA02C, intends to negotiate only with @Hand Corporation to continue full software maintenance support for the @Hand Enterprise Application "Server" License to include 142 mobile seat licenses, 1 MAXIMO adapter, and 1 SAP adapter for the period beginning 9 November 2008 and ending 8 November 2009.
This acquisition is being conducted under an expedited basis.
Arcata/UNITeS intends to acquire the commercial services using FAR Part 12.
Interested firms have four (4) business days ending 9 January 2009, 4:00 PM CST, to submit in writing their quotation to the identified point of contact. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, as proposals are being requested per the attached Word documents consisting of 1)Request for Quotation (RFQ), 2) Certification Package, all of which are deemed the solicitation package.
