ENVS intern Monica Lee collects specimens from strawberry fields by day and during the late afternoon she can be seen in the campus "Soils Lab" at the UCSC Farm searching for the European Wasp, a key pest in strawberry production.

 

The Environmental Studies Internship Office

Located in 491, Interdisciplinary Sciences Building, the office is open to all students wishing to pursue a valuable experience that places them in the field, as well as students seeking resources for scholarships, grants and fellowships.

Our Placements

UCSC Environmental Studies Students intern for a variety of local, state, national and international organizations. These organizations and businesses include educational, non-profit, for-profit, government and non-government intern positions. There are over 200 placement listings in our office!
